GoogleI bought a property through Jack and team. Extremely professional, they were working for the seller but also with me to get all parts of the chain moving. I felt like I was a part of their team even though I was just another party. If you want to get your house moving and done so professionally please work with Jack and Lauren!

GoogleI recently sold my flat through Churchills and can’t recommend them enough. The whole team go above and beyond expectations, working really hard on your behalf. A special mention to Sally, who is a star and really looked after me and did a lot of legwork, phoning and chasing between all the various parties concerned. GoogleI have dealt with Michael for many years to help me finding very nice people as quality tenants with great success; he is always professional with great communication throughout the process. Churchill’s admin back-up is similarly very good and, for a busy office, staff are always welcoming and friendly.

GoogleExcellent service overall from Churchills. I dealt with Abdul for the viewings (courteous, polite and knowledgeable) and then Janet once the offer was going through. Despite a very lengthy process (7 months-due to a probate estate), Janet kept me updated, liaising constantly between myself and the probate team-Janet has been calm, professional and efficient, always returning my calls and attempting to resolve any delays. Thanks team for your hard work, I would recommend Churchills.

GoogleLydia was Courteous and professional and above all was on point at all times. At times it felt like Lydia was my estate agent and not the one I was buying from as she kept me informed and chased up everything on both sides Throughout the process, Lydia also provided answers to all of our questions about the property within a few hours from the vendor. We were really impressed and thankful to Lydia for helping us acquire our new home

GoogleWe had a great experience with Churchills, they got our property on the market and sold within a week of finding our new home and all turned around and moved in within 3 months. Jake specifically was extremely helpful, always quick to respond to queries and went above and beyond to get everything completed on our chosen date. Everyone else at the office that we dealt with were also very polite and helpful. Would use again and recommend to family and friends.

GoogleI have such positive things to say about Wanstead’s Churchill Estates, and the manager - Jack especially - I could gush for pages! They made my buying and selling procedure a pleasure and not an ordeal. Every, sometimes tricky, situation was smoothly dealt with and arranged for me (independent, great surveyor Danny, building work necessary, dealing with my buyer, removals et al). Nothing was too much trouble and I cannot recommend Churchills enough.

GoogleFantastic team - kind professional and extremely helpful - and that’s coming from Buyers! We were in a rush and they managed to help us get our purchase done in less than 12 weeks. GoogleEveryone at Churchill’s was professional and friendly, and dealt with any enquiries promptly. They made the process of selling a house as straightforward and painless as it ever can be. Highly recommended and without reservation. After dealing with my move, Churchill’s then handled the sale of my mother’s house. They took care of everything, as I no longer live in the area. They were extremely helpful and responded to any enquiries promptly. I would definitely recommend them on the basis of the excellent service provided.

GoogleI normally do not post reviews about professional services but I have to rave about the wonderful care I received from Churchill Estates! I am a first time buyer, and I felt from start to finish very well guided and supported by Sally and Jack. Unfortunately it was a difficult sale, but they were both able to provide advice when needed, both readily contactable by email and phone and I felt they had my best interests at heart. I really appreciated how they were able to liaise between myself, my solicitors, mortgage broker and the sellers side. They were also able to support with negotiations about repairs to the flat prior to completion. The added touch of the goodie box on day of completion was the icing on the cake! Overall could not thank the team enough for all their help and would highly recommend to work with them if you happen to see their team list a property!
