We have bought and sold quite a few houses over the past 30 years but have never received such fantastic service from any estate agent as we experienced from Mark Salter at Churchills South Chingford - and also from Ryan when Mark was unavailable. The people in the office are not very friendly or personable - one person in particular is rude, her telephone manner is awful. I guess they think because they have so much business they can treat customers in a way? Maybe a bit 'up themselves'? I don't know why so many people list their properties with this company. They've lost my business. As a tenant I wont be renting a property from them again. I gave them 1 star because their tenant fees are reasonable.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Michael Chalk from Churchill's estate agency lettings department in North Chingford. Michael was a pleasure to deal with, he is very professional and he answered telephone calls and emails were literally dealt with immediately! Obviously when moving house there is quite a lot to think about and many questions that needed to be answered, Michael answered and responded to our questions, every time, I never had to call back for an answer. Michael demonstrated professionalism at its highest level, unfortunately, not all not all estate agents live up to this kind of standard, but Michael really excelled himself and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would strongly recommend Michael Chalk from Churchill's estate agents if you are looking to rent a property, you will not be disappointed with his professionalism. Everybody says that one of the most stressful things you will do in your life is to move house. As we had not moved for well over twenty years making the decision of choosing the right estate agent was essential. Philip Mount, the Senior Branch Manager from Churchill Estates South Woodford, valued our house and understood this was our home and filled us with confidence with his professional approach and we valued his opinion and his honesty.
