GoogleWe chose Andy and team at Churchill Estates Wanstead to sell our house over two other well established Wanstead agents and are so glad we did. You’re genuinely not going to find a nicer bunch to work with and (more importantly, let’s be honest!) they did a fantastic job of marketing the property, keeping us updated on developments/providing immediate feedback on viewings, and managing the whole process from offer to exchange, keeping on top of the various buyers/sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors and estate agents in the chain to keep things moving. GoogleJack, Andy and Sally were great when selling our property in Wanstead. Would 1000% recommend. We also live abroad (adding to the challenges) and they handled this all in their stride. When viewing and giving quotes they were professional but personable, and answered all my questions. Their rates is definitely the best in Wanstead. Have had experience with other Churchills offices and all have been brilliant. Thanks again guys!

GoogleSally, Jack and Andy have all been fantastic throughout the sale of my flat, I can’t recommend them enough. Professional when showing people around my home (I also have a cat and they were sensitive to that), great communication, chasing and following things up to help keep the progression of the sale moving. Queries and issues did unexpectedly come up and I was pleased there was a proactive third party (Churchills) involved to support this process via buyers and solicitors and others in the chain. Thank you.

GoogleWe had an extremely positive house buying experience with Churchills in Wanstead. Andy and Sally were so easy going, positive and on hand for all sorts of questions and peripheral advice... they are true experts on the area and were also great for local contacts. We joked about buying in record time and then it actually happened. We managed to complete within six weeks from start to finish! We would highly recommend Churchills and will definitely use them next time.

GoogleReally great team and one of the most reasonable commissions. We did not have an easy sale process but the Churchill's team worked really hard to help us get everything done. We really appreciated their daily chasers to the buyers solicitor and regular updates back to us to keep us sane!

GoogleJack, Sally and Andy were excellent throughout the sale of our house. Living in Bristol it was difficult for us to sell from a distance but Jack went above and beyond to help. Once we secured buyers the sale took longer than we had hoped but Jack in particular was very proactive in chasing up solicitors and other estate agents in the chain and was also quick to offer possible options. We are grateful for all the support we received. Thanks!

GoogleI would be happy to recommend Churchill Estates in South Chingford. My property took just under 7 months to sell in a stagnant market, however, we did lose a buyer close to exchange after just 2 months when they decided to stay in the same area.

GoogleI've bought / sold 5 properties so far and Churchills have by far been the best agents I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I wasn't even their client (I'm the buyer not the seller) and yet they treated me as if I was. They gave me access to the property several times before we exchanged and were always happy to do so. They responded to every single email promptly. They chased the solicitors and were instrumental in getting things moving when the solicitors were delaying proceedings. It's been such a pleasure dealing with Martin and Ryan. I am truly impressed and will be definitely using them next time I sell a property.
