Sally, Jack and Andy have all been fantastic throughout the sale of my flat, I can’t recommend them enough. Professional when showing people around my home (I also have a cat and they were sensitive to that), great communication, chasing and following things up to help keep the progression of the sale moving. Queries and issues did unexpectedly come up and I was pleased there was a proactive third party (Churchills) involved to support this process via buyers and solicitors and others in the chain. Jack, Sally and Andy were excellent throughout the sale of our house. Living in Bristol it was difficult for us to sell from a distance but Jack went above and beyond to help. Once we secured buyers the sale took longer than we had hoped but Jack in particular was very proactive in chasing up solicitors and other estate agents in the chain and was also quick to offer possible options.
