We were looking to sell an apartment in Wanstead and at the same time acquire another flat in the same area with a level of assisted accommodation. The market was at a difficult time due to the uncertainty with Brexit and we needed an agent who was dedicateD, positive and patient. We found a property to purchase and Churchills were acting for the vendor. The process went through without any major issues. Churchills were polite, professional and accurate in their assessment of value and sale price. In respect of selling our apartment, Churchills were resilient and committed and applied themselves at all times with enthusiasm. Sally Tierney who handled the process was outstanding. In all respects -we were delighted with the way things were handled and would highly recommend Churchills in Wanstead to anyone .

I have recently moved into my new home after selling and buying through Churchill's. I can not recommend them enough, my house sold on the first viewing, the photos were lovely and def showed off the house well. Both my purchase and sale were not straightforward but Sally and Andy were very helpful, always on the end of the phone and happy to answer any queries I had. Sally went above and beyond, not only chasing up my buyers but even their buyers solicitors which made a huge difference. I'm sure I drove her a little mad as it had been many years since I last moved but she was understanding and patient. Decent estate agents make a huge difference to how smoothly and stressful a move can be and these guys certainly helped keep me sane.

I can’t recommend Jamie and his team highly enough. From the very beginning they were all totally on the ball and very responsive, as well as being a delightful group of people. Jamie knows the Buckhurst Hill market very well and the house was marketed at a realistic price. As a result it sold very quickly at a difficult time ( Brexit!). I live quite a distance away ( it was my mothers house), and if I needed the house to be checked, meters read etc nothing was ever too much trouble for them. I would definitely recommend Churchills Buckhurst Hill to anyone thinking of selling their property.

Friendly enough service, but a huge lack of communication throughout the process of marketing my property for rent. No call backs, no feedback on viewings, no enthusiasm at all. I used another agent who actually found me tenants within a few weeks. Wasted six weeks with this firm. They also promised to return my house keys on many occasions and failed. I had to take time out to go to their office and wait around for staff to work out where they had placed them. NOT PROFESSIONAL. THEY LOST LOTS OF MY FUTURE BUSINESS.

I went here looking to rent a flat a while back and pretty much as soon as I sat down I was told "I dont think you're committed to renting at the moment" by a jumped up agent working there - Could not believe how rude the guy was. I subsequently went elsewhere and rented a property for £1600 a month, more fool them. I'm sure this was a one off, but agents like him give you all a bad name.

Phil , Juan and team are brilliant . So professional and ultimately they know the local market , particular in and around South Woodford , Woodford , Wanstead better than anybody . They know how to price and attract buyers and because they have the local knowledge I wouldn’t use any other estate agent . We sold through them a house in June this year when the market was particularly tough , especially at the higher end of price bracket . Juan was there almost daily to ensure the house was clean and presentable as it was vacant when sold . They go over and above regular estate agents description. Tracy as sales progressor in South Woodford branch is awesome. Very diligent ; just as you would want when somebody is selling you’re home.
