GoogleOur experience of Churchills from start to finish was exceptional. We bought and sold through Churchills recently, and were hugely impressed with the whole team and their level of client service. Our estate agent, Kate Sullivan, has a sixth sense when it comes to understanding her clients' needs, negotiating on their behalf and, crucially, guiding them through the stressful process of selling and buying property. She was a source of sage advice and support throughout the whole process, and saved us from ourselves negotiation wise on more than one occasion! Her knowledge of the local market and her vast experience are impressive, but more than that, she clearly has a passion for helping people find their dream home and goes above and beyond to make sure they secure it. She second guesses where there are likely to be issues or delays and gets ahead of them, continually chasing throughout the chain to make sure things stay on track. After previous dealings with estate agents who are all gloss and no substance, it came as a refreshing change to work with Kate, who works tremendously hard for her clients and really cares about them. We can’t recommend her highly enough. The whole Churchills team operates slickly, with seamless collaboration. When we were in the lucky position of having multiple ‘best and final’ offers on the table for our property, we went into the branch and had an in depth briefing that involved Kate, Phil and Luke, the Mortgage Adviser who works out of Churchills three days a week. All three of them knew our potential buyers well and Luke picked up the phone and spoke to each of them in real time while we were in the branch to assess their relative positions, giving us valuable feedback to help our decision. The Churchills team really are first class team, a cut above the rest!

GoogleI cannot rate Churchill’s highly enough. Having experienced a number of local estate agents in the area it was refreshing to deal with an agent who ensured they understood exactly what we were after and were clear and direct at all times, rather than either being dismissive because they had more than enough interest in a property or making fake promises (all of which we had experienced with other agents). Once we’d made our offer and had it accepted, Phil was on hand to communicate with us at all times as to the status of the transaction and what was required from us and what was outstanding. I have already recommended Churchill’s to family and if we ever choose to move again I would only want to deal with Churchill’s.

George was brilliant in what turned out to be a long and tricky chain, but the whole team were all absolutely committed to getting it over the line, and they succeeded in the end, to my immense gratitude. GoogleExcellent Estate Agents who were really professional and supportive from start to finish. Phil Mount is dynamic and enthusiastic and from the start knew how to market our property. Ilyas Yapici is super helpful and efficient and went over and above to resolve some issues. The whole team always returned phone calls, checked on progress and gave advice when required. Their knowledge of housing trends and the local area is extensive. A great team of genuine and dedicated people who go out of their way to deliver the best service possible. Highly recommend.

GoogleSam Ingram is the estate agent that dealt in my purchase. He is an asset to this establishment. Sam really goes out of his way to help you. He has the knowledge know how of all that you need.
