GoogleStay away from them. Very unprofessional estate agency. Very disappointing. We offered £65000 more than asking price for a house they advertised and our offer was rejected without any reason given. Now we found out the house was sold £35000 less than our offer. Absolute cheaters!!!!

GoogleOur property had been listed elsewhere for several months with no interest whatsoever, but we received multiple offers around asking price on our first weekend with Churchill, which shows the difference a proactive estate agent can make! After that, our sale went through a lengthy and occasionally difficult conveyancing process, but Dean and the team remained professional and supportive throughout, nudging things along where needed and helping to ensure that the whole thing didn't collapse. They were clear and honest at all times, and they delivered on what they promised when we first signed with them. They'll be first in my list the next time I'm looking to sell!

GoogleWe sold our house through Churchill Estate Agents and I highly recommend them, they are definitely the best in Chingford. We tried the other Estate Agents in the past but none of them could get the job done. Churchill Estate Agents were amazing from start to finish and really supported us throughout the whole process, they recommended an excellent Solictors which really complimented their work as they knew each other and this really eased the process. If you are thinking about moving Churchill Estate Agents are the ones to use. They advised us on having professional pictures and the presentation of our property was outstanding.
