GoogleWith what I can only describe as a troublesome sale Jack Johnson at Churchills Wanstead was excellent. Good valuation to sell in double quick time. Buyer lined up within four weeks. Jack was always available and a pleasure to deal with. He went above and beyond to assist in my sale.

GoogleWe have just sold our house with the team at Churchills who were brilliant, and Jack particularly was fantastic - always calm and collected and super helpful. There are quite a few estate agents working in Wanstead, and we are so pleased we chose Churchills. The Churchills team is very likable, easy to work with and worth every penny. GoogleReally impressed with Andy and Sally at Churchill's. Unlike other agencies who bombard you with phonecalls and use sales tactics to pressurise both buyers/sellers, the team at Churchill's had a very relaxed demeanour and kept us informed at all times. Always communicating any progress too. I have returned back to them after they made a valuation 3 yrs ago. GoogleJack and the team at Churchill Estates helped us with a recent property purchase in Leytonstone and they were great. From start to finish we were very well look after. Throughout the entire sale all of our calls and emails were returned promptly and politely. When we needed help with moving the sale along the team were great and we completed the sale in good time. Would we use Churchills again? Absolutely. They were great.

GoogleI have to agree with other reviews that Churchills is the best estate agent in the area. Sally, Andy and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make sure our sale went through in very challenging circumstances. They were totally honest and upfront with us during the whole process, and were generally lovely to deal with (we are actually going to miss speaking with them regularly!). If anyone is considering selling their house, we really couldn’t recommend them highly enough - especially if you value integrity, honesty and hard work from your estate agent!

GoogleCan't recommend Churchill enough. We purchased a flat in Wanstead through them and Andy did an amazing job, even with many aspects of the purchase being challenging. Without the push from Churchill we would have never got the purchase through before our mortgage expired, so very very happy.

GoogleI honestly cannot recommend Churchills more highly. Andy showed us the house and was so knowledgeable and helpful when we viewed it. He was super honest about the process and how it would be run, he communicated all the way through and it just felt very genuine. Sally stepped in when he was away and again was really communicative and helpful. Such a great experience and would highly recommend them if you want a stressful experience made much less stressful. GoogleFrom the first viewing onward, Churchill Estates have been fantastic. Our purchase was not a very straight forward one but the team at Churchill have provided a calm and professional service throughout. Sally made the whole process stress-free and was very responsive to all our emails and phone calls. We would recommend them without any hesitation. GoogleWorked with Jake and he was incredibly professional yet relatable and friendly. Whilst being a first time buyer the whole process seemed much smoother than everyone had led me to believe!
