GooglePeople often give Estate Agents a bad name. How unfair. Because my experience with David Epsom at Churchill Estates, South Woodford, was truly first class. To begin with, he managed to secure a very satisfactory price within just a few hours of the property having been placed on the market. But beyond that, far beyond that, and for a period of many months, he was constantly in touch, keeping me in the frame, behind each and every twist and turn during the sometimes tortuous exchange and completion process - his friendly approach, based on professionalism and experience, very reassuring indeed. So it’s a pleasure to set some of these old estate agent prejudices aside-and let you know that David Epsom and indeed others from the team at Churchills , South Woodford, rock!

GooglePhilip Mount and his team at the South Woodford branch were excellent from the start - giving guidance in how to best present our property for sale (his excellent knowledge of the local area and the best price to market it at) through to marketing and sorting through the offers to find the best person to buy our property. It couldn’t have been smoother - excellent communication keeping us abreast of the sale through to it’s completion. We cannot praise them enough - thank you!

GoogleMr. Phil Mount (South Woodford) 5-star Man in a 5-star Company Sold my property in no time at all. (1 Month) Very professional and communicated with me every step on the way. Phil and the whole team work extremely hard. Very Professional and eager to help. Phil’s knowledge of the area and the whole community he knows like the back of his hand, which is exactly what you need when you’re selling your property. GooglePhil and the team at Churchills did a fantastic job of marketing our house, selling it and advising us all along the way. Their attention to detail and ability to read the market and their patience through a long process was fantastic. I think you would be hard pushed to find a better, more knowledgeable and thoroughly decent estate agent than Phil and his team at Churchills. I would and have recommended them to anyone thinking of selling or for that matter buying in and around Woodford.

He was very attentive to what we were looking for and really took the time to show us around the property. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our queries regarding the property. GoogleA big thank you to mark salter at the Churchill branch chingford mount. What an outstanding individual with the greatest of team behind him in the organising and arranging of the sale of my property in priory close. Mark's knowledge and expertise within the chingford area goes above and beyond and I would highly recommend his skills in this area. Once again simply the best from start to finish on selling our home.
