GoogleThe high standard of service I’ve received from Churchill estates really made me feel compelled to stop here to publish my testimony!!! My previous landlord decided to sell the property so I have found myself having to find another rental very quickly. I was hoping to find a place at least as good as the place I had before and all the support a tenant should expect because moving home can be exciting but it always comes with a lot of stress and worries. Churchill Estates made me feel at ease from the first time I’ve visited their website until actually moving in to the new place. This is why: Very fine selection of properties from good Landlords Presented to a high standard with more than 10 pictures in most cases A comprehensive description of the properties with plants and affordability guidance A land line always available for a direct contact and professional advice Viewing booked within 24 hours Excellent representatives that communicate effectively with reassuring answers and a big smile I have contacted with 7 different officials at Curch hill Estates, as I was progressing towards signing the tenancy agreement and the level of care and service never dropped. By the time everything was agreed they have already met my expectations but when it came to sign the paperwork and take care of the formalities, they presented themselves as a modern and efficient agency, with digital and safe methods to do that, saving me a lot of time and hassle. I didn’t need to take time off work for that. After I’ve moved in to a stunning property, owned by a fantastic Landlord, I continued to get constant reassurance and support throughout, even though the property had been carefully prepared and cleaned for me with amazing small touches such a complete folder with pictures and description of how all the appliances should be operated, extra bulbs for spot lights, fresh paint, etc.. If you are out there, looking for a property to sell, buy, rent or let and if you are lucky enough to find what you need at Churchill Estates you are bound to embark on a fantastic ride of customer service experience. GoogleWe have used Churchills for years both as renters and more recently as property buyers. During this time significant issues arose that we needed their help with, and they were consistently friendly, professional and responsive. This puts them a cut well above other estate agents in my experience and I am very happy to be able to recommend them. Everyone was super helpful but I'd like to call out Dean Bridger in sales and Gemma Curnick in property management in particular for their excellent service!

GoogleThis is our 3rd year of using Churchill to let and manage our property and they continue to deliver proactive efficient service. Michael and his team are very easy to work with, providing quick and effective advice best to suit our requirements. They were proactive in the re-advertising of our property, making all necessary arrangements in the space of a few hours which gave us even more confidence in their consistence service. We would also like to commend the property management team, especially Emma who is always a joy to speak with and who always gets things done.

GoogleAlthough we were not direct customers of Churchill's we purchased a property through them. Martin and the team did an amazing job sorting out what was a very difficult chain and without his relentless hard work and constant updates I'm not sure we would have been able to complete or remained sane. I would highly recommend and Churchill's if you are looking to sell your property.

GoogleChurchill's did a great job getting our flat ready to re-let after being redecorated. We are very particular about tenants, but they kept us up to date throughout with great communication and help in finding the right tenants. There was a small issue when the tenants moved in and this was resolved very quickly as well.
