GoogleChurchill Estates South Woodford dealt with the sale of our flat, which completed a few days ago. The service provided was absolutely top notch. GoogleA big thanks to the team at the Wanstead Churchill Estates, they were a great support during my property purchase, they definitely helped shepherd things along. Also they were very gratuitous and good-natured when I accidentally kicked over onto their floor a whole untouched takeaway coffee that I’d absentmindedly rested there (a thanks to that tea towel too, whilst I’m at it).

GoogleWe sold our first house through Churchills and the service was exceptional. Stella was our main point of contact and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of fantastic. They were friendly and made the entire process smooth, answering any queries we had as a first-time seller. Communication was top notch - we were at the end of a chain and they always kept us informed and followed up with the buyers to keep the sale moving. We highly recommend their services to anyone looking to sell a property. Churchills truly made a potentially stressful situation a breeze!

GoogleBrilliant agency. I was completely new to this after inheriting a flat, after seeing several people at the property Andy from Churchill stood out above and beyond and made it an easy choice. Throughout the process, Andy, Daniel and Sally were all brilliant and couldn't of reassured me/explained things better. On top of that we got the sale agreed very quickly, superb agency to go with 👍

GoogleWe used Churchills a couple of years ago to sell our house in Grange Hill and they were great at being proactive with our particularly annoying buyers and getting the house sold (has taken me 2 years to write the review as the buyers left me gobsmacked with their shenanigans!)
