Absolutely fantastic agency team at Churchills South Woodford. I sold my property through them and every single aspect from the viewings right through to completion was handled with attention to detail and professionalism. From day one we got on well with Phil. He was confident about the price he could get for our property and managed to sell it in our first viewing! There was only around 10 days between it going on the market and us accepting an offer. Throughout the sale, Phil kept us updated on anything the buyer needed and was also very helpful in chasing with solicitors when necessary!
