GoogleJust sold my property with Churchill estates North Chingford. A great experience from start to finish. The team are professional and very friendly and knowledgeable. Our lead negotiator was Lydia who was delightful to work with especially as our purchaser was difficult to deal with. Further more she made our sale process so much easier by going the extra mile for us when we needed help with issues with the house as we had vacated the property and moved abroad. Many thanks to the whole team for a job well done.

GoogleMichael and his team at the Chingford office have helped us navigate a flat rental when everything is new to us. The process has been smooth and swift from advising us pre-marketing to presenting the flat for rental and finding tenants. They have picked up dealing with any bits that have needed sorting on the way. Very friendly staff and would totally recommend Churchill at Chingford.

GoogleWe sold our first house through Churchills and the service was exceptional. Stella was our main point of contact and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of fantastic. They were friendly and made the entire process smooth, answering any queries we had as a first-time seller. Communication was top notch - we were at the end of a chain and they always kept us informed and followed up with the buyers to keep the sale moving. We highly recommend their services to anyone looking to sell a property. Churchills truly made a potentially stressful situation a breeze!

GoogleI have been dealing with Phil Mount for the last 8 months in regards to the sale of my flat in South Woodford. This has been an absolute ordeal and Phil has been fantastic throughout. He has put in unnecessary work due to the incompetency of others (outside of Churchills). I used Churchills when I purchased my flat 11 years ago, and went straight back to them for the sale - I highly recommend. A huge thank you to Phil for his professionalism, patience and hard work - It was a challenge to say the least but we got there in the end and I am now a very happy lady making a fresh start in this crazy world! GoogleWe dealt with Charlotte from the lettings team and we were extremely disappointed in the level of professionalism and lack of knowledge and ability to help tenants find a rental property. After knowing our criteria, Charlotte failed to show us other properties which were marketed on rightmove and zoopla with Churchills which would have been perfect for us. We kept having to call and tell her our criteria she would never ask or be interested in helping. My husband and I are both working professionals and it’s a shame that I’ve had to write this review, luckily we have found a place now albeit we won’t be dealing with nor will we recommend Churchills to anyone.
Dear Deesha, it is a shame you feel the need to write such a review despite the many other positive reviews we have had for Charlotte. To provide context for others that may read your review. Your offer was put forward to a landlord who declined your offer, Churchill Estates did not decline your offer. You were offered an alternative property by Charlotte which unfortunately before being able to show to you was subject to an alternative offer being accepted that was lodged prior.
A review that appears on several offices' pages is shown once. We leave out reviews that name another agent.
