The whole team were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. Communication was outstanding from day one. They kept us fully informed at every stage and were always quick to respond, nothing was ever too much trouble, which made a huge difference during what can be a very stressful process. The quality of the marketing was also excellent, the photos and brochure were of a really high standard and showcased the property perfectly. Overall, the service was first class and we couldn’t fault them in any way. It’s clear they really care about their clients and take pride in what they do. A special thank you to Grant and Paul, who were brilliant throughout, we built a great rapport with them and really appreciated all their support and hard work. After experiencing some disappointing service from other agents, particularly a noticeable drop in engagement once an offer had been accepted, I was genuinely impressed by the consistency and professionalism Neil demonstrated from start to finish. He remained fully involved and supportive throughout the entire process. Nothing ever felt too much trouble. Neil was approachable, down to earth, and always willing to take the time to answer any questions I had, no matter how small. What really stood out to me was his responsiveness. He replied promptly, kept communication clear and straightforward, and never left us feeling uncertain or chasing for updates.
