GoogleI honestly cannot recommend Becky and the team enough. We were the buyers and they could not be more helpful and worked out of their way to keep us in the loop throughout the whole process. If we ever sell then we would only go to them as we would trust them to have our best interest at heart.

GoogleJoe and the whole Chilterns team provided a professional, responsive and personalised service for the probate sale of my sister's house. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and went out of their way to offer advice and ensure a smooth stress free transaction. Highly recommend - I contacted other agents in the area but they couldn't compare to the level of service Chilterns were happy to provide. This made the sale so much easier for me as I lived some distance from Norfolk and was trying to deal with a house sale at a difficult time. Thank you Chilterns !

We were consistently kept informed, and they delivered exceptional customer service, working tirelessly to achieve the best outcome. We highly recommend the Thetford team, everyone we dealt with was fantastic. Special mention goes to Joe and Becky, who led the charge with our property sale. We are now well and truly settled on the other side of the move and are incredibly grateful to them.

GoogleChilterns have been excellent in the two years we rented through them. Their online issue reporting system is brilliant and their response time to the problem reporting is very prompt. I found their checkout process to be very smooth and fair, and the deposit was returned to us in record time. They were also kind enough to give some details of their contractors to help with issues on our new property. Overall a very positive renting experience from Chilterns.
