GoogleChilterns have been incredible with selling my house. I had previously been listed with two other agents. I came to Chilterns after being on the market for a year and was completely exhausted from the process. Joe was very honest with me from the beginning in what they could achieve as an agent, when I have asked for guidance Joe was always happy to give me his opinion but still follow what I felt was right. He was an excellent “sounding board”. Becky and Katherine have been incredible too and again, very open, honest and approachable. At no point have I felt pushed by any of the team to lower prices to aid the sale, something I had been told to do previously to my detriment. Ultimately, Joe, Becky and Katherine did what two other agents couldn’t, they got me over the finish line when I had lost all hope!

GoogleAlthough we only had 6 months left in our lease when chilterns took over as the letting agent we never had any problems at all. The final inspection was quick and easy and we we received our deposit back a few days later

GoogleWe could not speak more highly of Becky and her team for all their help and support in renting our first home. Any questions or queries we had they were more than forthcoming to help. When showing us around Becky was so warm and welcoming and showed outstanding customer service. When collecting our keys, again Becky was incredibly friendly and thorough. We would love to say a massive thank you to Becky for everything, she was impeccable and to the rest of the team you were amazing too.

GoogleMyself and my partner began renting a property through Chilterns earlier this month and we couldn't be happier! Lyndsey & Darren made the process simple and straight forward, not to mention they were very attentive to all questions and concerns along the way. Running my own business caused a delay in the checks, but Lyndsey was very helpful in reassuring and escalating this for us.
