GoogleI was very apprehensive about selling my bungalow and moving away to be nearer my family, following the sudden and untimely death of my husband. Right from the start, Chilterns helped allay my fears and promised to support me all the way, which is exactly what they did. Darren, who dealt with my sale, was amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he had untold patience with my many questions and fears. He always managed to put my mind at rest, as did all the other staff in the office. When Darren wasn't in, I often spoke to Andrew, who again, couldn't have done more to help and was always very kind. Yannis, who came to see me at the very beginning of the process, when I was entering uncharted waters, couldn't have been more reassuring and gave me the confidence to choose Chilterns as my estate agents. I immediately knew that I had made the right choice , through their professional and yet, very down to earth approach. I can't praise the team highly enough and thank them for their first class service. I can thoroughly recommend them !

GoogleAndrew and his staff was were truly great to work with. Purchasing my second home, I spoke to several different estate agents and most seemed as if they were the typical used car salesmen (trying to make a sell and move on to the next person). Andrew was very active in assisting me stay on top of the solicitors and provided updates throughout the process. This really helped ease my mind. I would highly recommend this office for your buying needs.

GoogleI cannot rate Chilterns , Brandon, highly enough. Darren and Andrew worked as a team to ensure they gave the highest level of attention to the selling of my mum's house. They were professional, cheerful and always working in our best interest. Communication was excellent and I always felt informed of how everything was progressing. I would not hesitate to choose and recommend them if buying in the local area.

GoogleI would highly recommend Chilterns Estate Agents. Communication was excellent - Katherine in particular was brilliant. We were also very pleased with the marketing we received. The photos of our property as well as the 360 tour looked excellent on Rightmove compared to other local properties which quickly got viewers through the door. I wouldn’t hesitate to instruct Chilterns again in the future.
