GoogleI have been looking for a buy to let property for some time. Chilterns have always been the most helpful estate agent. They have offered me honest and impartial advice, as well as trying to match me up with a property. I am now purchasing a property through another agent, yet they are still happy to offer me advice and support. They have been the only agent who have always been knowledgeable, genuine, kind and honest - this means a lot to me as I have come across varying degrees of honesty from many other agents! I would thoroughly recommend Chilterns to anyone.

They have taken the worries out of being landlords sorted out any issues and found us competent first class trades persons when things happen unexpectedly. GoogleWe dealt with a number of agents and found Chilterns to be the most professional, even from the first phone contact! Darren and Andrew were always very easy to talk to and appreciated that though my son was the buyer this was his first purchase so I was playing a supporting role. They were communicative and responsive, alway promptly, and with effective updates. GoogleReally Impressed with Chilterns,they really guided me through the process and even worked out of hours to make sure I completed on time .Even my buyer was very impressed with the support. A house will always sell for the right price but without the proper support along the way can easily fall through. Andrew and Darren were very supportive and made sure sale to completion went smoothly. If I had used an online agent my sale and purchase would not have completed. My advice is ,pay the small amount extra as the extra support and guidance is worth every penny. Will definitely use again in the future.
