Joe & Becky guided us through every step, ensuring a positive outcome both for us our purchasers. GoogleWe chose Chilterns to sell our family home after a friendly, no pressure and in-depth valuation and market assessment by Yannis, Yannis made Chilterns clearly standout as the best choice of all we approached to market our property. He’s experience and knowledge was extensive. Andrew and Darren handled the sale process start to finish, extremely tentative and always available. Really professional team, we even had feedback from a prospect that we conducted a second viewing for ourselves, saying they thought their first viewing of our property with the agent was conducted really well compared to some viewings they had at other properties. Andrew was brilliant at keeping us updated at all times. Throughout the whole process it really felt like Chilterns cared about delivering the best service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an agent!

GoogleI have lived in a house managed by Chilterns for 3 1/2 years. In general I have found them to be very reasonable. The house was not the best maintained (not due to Chilterns), but the agent reacted promptly to any requests I had, and I have a feeling they were advocating on my behalf towards the owner on several occasions. The handover at end of lease was a smooth experience and I found them - again - to be very reasonable. Overall I have been happy with the service provided.

GoogleI honestly cannot recommend Becky and the team enough. We were the buyers and they could not be more helpful and worked out of their way to keep us in the loop throughout the whole process. If we ever sell then we would only go to them as we would trust them to have our best interest at heart.

GoogleThe Chilterns team at Brandon are brilliant. They have professionally and effectively managed the tenancy for my property. Throughout the tenancy they maintained great communication between myself and my tenants whilst I was working away. When it came to make the decision to sell the property, the sales team were equally brilliant and supportive through the entire sale process. Their superb advertising was definitely a huge factor in getting fast interest and offers on the property. They then went the extra mile throughout the conveyancing process to help ensure the sale of the properties in the chain went through as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend the Chilterns team!

GoogleStaff at Chilterns helped my brother sell his house when he moved into residential accommodation. They were very helpful, from Yannis visiting him at his new home to take instructions and the team then working with my husband and myself to sell the property on his behalf. Andrew and Darren gave us good advice when there was a hiccup they went the extra mile to make sure all the necessary documents were completed. We were always kept informed about what was going on and we would definitely use Chilterns again.

GoogleJoe and the whole Chilterns team provided a professional, responsive and personalised service for the probate sale of my sister's house. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and went out of their way to offer advice and ensure a smooth stress free transaction. Highly recommend - I contacted other agents in the area but they couldn't compare to the level of service Chilterns were happy to provide. This made the sale so much easier for me as I lived some distance from Norfolk and was trying to deal with a house sale at a difficult time. Thank you Chilterns !

GoogleI dont normally leave reviews for estate agents, but Andrew from Chilterns is one of a kind. I purchased through this estate agent and Andrew couldnt do enough and went the extra mile during exchange. Where everyone else just shrugged their shoulders he persevered with the whole chain through to exchange. Andrew really earned his comission unlike some estate agents I could name. A real credit to his profession, a pleasure to deal.
