The sales brochure was extremely professional with very good photographs, and they got more viewings in 4 weeks than our previous agents got in 18 months. I was so impressed that whoever came to the property knew all about it and was able to easily converse with prospective buyers (particularly Steve). Even after an offer had been accepted Graham helped to move the solicitors and other parties so we could achieve an early exchange. Most importantly of all they listened and understood what we wanted to achieve. The level of client service was great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

After being chased by agents for several years, I decided to sell and downsize just before Christmas 2015. I made an Agency Agreement with Philip Dodd (then of Edwards and Elliott, now of Chewton Rose) and decided that marketing should begin after Christmas and New Year were out of the way. Bids were then sought, received, compared and negotiated by Philip to reach agreement with a buyer before the end of January 2016.Philip was also extremely helpful with a maintenance problem which cropped up during that period.
