Google10/10 for harassment, 0/10 for everything else. This agency promise to sell your house and then will not stop calling and leaving voicemails once they’ve got your number. Our house is shown as “sold stc” on Rightmove, I’ve called and asked for my number to be removed and yet the phone calls and voicemails keep coming. Harassment is a strong word but when you’ve told them you don’t want to do business, you call them and tell them to remove your details and they STILL keep calling one starts to loose the plot with it. I get a voicemail ever other day. I’ve just called again trying to speak to a manager and apparently no one’s available and they promise to remove my number from the database (again!)- let’s see if it happens this time! Cannot fathom what they’re playing at but wouldn’t touch this agency with a barge pole not even for a quote - once they have your details, prepare to be harassed ! Would not have left this review if I they actually stopped calling but I can’t make the calls stop, tried to speak to any manager and willing to hold on the line until I can and they can’t help so I’ve done the only option left for me

GoogleWe had a few dealings with Steven Field from Chewton Rose when looking for a new home. He showed us a few properties which were lovely but didn't quite fit our criteria. Although we did not end up buying through Chewton Rose they were one of the most professional and helpful agents we dealt with. We would certainly use them when the time comes to sell.
