My daughter was in the position to look to buy a flat. She was shown properties by several different agents. Raf at Charles Harding was the one who stood out to us. He listened to what she was looking for and found properties one of which she decided to go forward with. My daughter, Alysia, works so hard and this is her first property. Almost ready to exchange and a major problem cropped up with bad internet connection which, for her job, was essential to have. Raf felt her disappointment and went above and beyond to contact people for a solution and he found it. As I write this my daughter is decorating and putting her own stamp on the perfect property for her. Big thank you to Raf and if you are looking for an agent who will go all out for you, then make it Raf at Charles Harding, Old Town office.

Excellent experience with Charles Harding

From the first moment we met with Michael from Charles Harding they were nothing short of exceptional. Our experience with them was always honesty, Professionalism and transparency even when things weren’t going as planned at times. From start to finish, and it was long process due to 3rd party buyers, they were so supportive and helpful.

A terrible company lacking all integrity

One of the worst estate agents we have ever has the displeasure of dealing with and I worked in property industry for years. Tenants take note, avoid this agent at all costs, or at least ensure you know your rights before entering into ANY agreements, as this agent will abuse them and attempt to reclaim any funds from yourselves anyway they can.

Christy and the team in North Swindon have been excellent from start to finish of my flat sale, great communication and clear and concise. Christy had to chase both solicitors to get over the line and did so in a very professional way. Well done, to the Swindon North Branch Sophie, Jordan and Christy!

Charles Harding Estate Agents - great service

Right from the start of the sale of our house, the team at Charles Harding Estate Agents could not have been more efficient and helpful. Advertising and viewings went into immediate action after we signed up and within 24 hours our house was on RightMove. Viewings started immediately and after an offer was made, their conveyancing team helped in every way to ensure that matters we needed to deal with were facilitated for quick action. We cannot fault the Estate Agency Service we had and cannot recommend the Charles Harding Team members highly enough.

One of the best estate agents out there!

My wife and I have bought house which was being sold by Charles Harding on behalf of their client. Even though we were the buyers, I felt that they were working closely with us and their clients to speed the sale through as fast as they could. With this in mind and us being the buyers, Charles Harding were always understanding, polite, professional and always ‘on it’ as I like to say, which was brilliant. I was so impressed and will definitely be considering them in the future and have already been singing their praises to people as in my view, one of the best estate agents out there. A big thank you, to the lady I dealt with and can take huge credit to my speech is Karen Brealey as she has been fantastic. Thank you!
