My experience has been a great one from the first day we came to the office to make enquiry Sophie was very helpful offered good advice and answered all our questions patiently and assisted us with taking the first step. Louisa was so supportive in ensuring all the documentation and paper work went smoothly and quick. The site manager, Joe has been so helpful in assisting us with the settling down process. The whole process was so fast and straight forward my family and I do appreciate the team in Prince Park. I am happy to refer friends.

Excellent serviceAs first time buyers the process of buying and moving into your first home can be daunting, however, the whole team (Site, Office and Sales) have really looked after us, keeping us up to date with progress, providing check ins and organising any necessary aftercare. Stephen, a Painter from Customer Care, has been to visit us in our new home to touch up some minor paint errors (slight chips from furniture being moved in). We couldn't be happier with the work he's done. He worked efficiently, while keeping the house neat and clean, and respected our schedule through working around times which worked for us.

Staff lovely when buying home but as soon as deal is done and moved in they don’t want to know. Get fobbed off to aftercare team who are useless. Take forever to reply. No urgency. Kitchen has not being sealed properly and has pvc peeling off in areas where there is no sealant. Poor workmanship! Still in warranty and don’t want to know.

Sarah Adye was efficient in coordinating remedial works, and Mark Perren displayed excellent skill and diligence when sealing our garage walls. He also resolved a persistent rear door issue that others couldn't fix. Throughout our nine months at Woodberry Heights, the customer care team has been attentive, especially Charles, who addressed our flooring concerns with professionalism and a great attitude. The sales staff, including Linda at Cricketers Green, have been incredibly supportive, making our home-buying journey pleasant. Overall, Charles Church has been reliable with attentive service, from purchase to aftercare.

We moved into our beautiful first own house at the end of September. The experience has been enjoyable and stress-free. After moving in, the site team members is highly approachable and will do whatever they can to assist. Our site manager, "Joe," is a friendly and helpful gentleman who prioritises customer satisfaction. He is flexible and happy to check in beyond work hours. And "Clem" is a great individual who has dealt with all of the little issues we raised. Again, Joe and Clem were extremely helpful. Also, the sales and customer service teams are really helpful as well. I am definitely going to recommend Charles Church to friends and family.

We’ve had endless problems from the sale and what was included through to the sagging. 3 weeks in and we are still awaiting for the sagging to be sorted. Customer care office seem to not bother replying or really care. It’s always someone else that has to sort out one thing or another which can be annoying when someone has said they will do what is required to get an issue fixed and another has said ‘don’t know what you’re talking about’. We can only ever get one person to look at things and when he’s on holiday, his boss or colleagues don’t seem to care as they are too busy (Steve, top worker in what seems to be everyone’s else’s jobs). We got hounded for a review the month after reserving our plot and kept getting hounded to a point whereby we point blank refused and finally got left alone, fancy asking for a review when you haven’t even moved in and already had problems from the start. 12 weeks in and we are still CHASING!!!!! Still waiting for things to be sorted and still not able to fully relax or live in our home!!!!! The endless chasing, waiting for updates, the tradesman coming in and out making things worse rather than better. Made a FORMAL complaint and they still dont care or take it seriously! The amount of time and money myself and my husband have spent chasing everything, taking time off of work to allow people into our home is unbearable and we've still got to continue to let them in and chase until this is resolved!! AOVID AOVID AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
