GoogleI gave my details to my tenant to supply a reference for them. This company used the data to call me and try to sell their services. This is a violation of GDPR rules, no consent was given to use the data for sales and marketing purposes, and a complaint has been filed. It also raises a question of if my data has gone elsewhere into their subsidiary network.

Bailey was great throughout the viewings; Friendly & professional, allowing us space to properly look around yet being on hand to answer any questions we had- He wasn't pushy like some other agents we've dealt with in the past and that certainly helped us to cement our decision. After the offer stage, Fiona and Rosie were fantastic with helping push the transaction through, offering advice and support where needed. Lovely "welcome to your new home" box too upon completion, which just left a really nice final touch to the transaction
