GoogleA very professional Team, headed by Kyle Venters, located in this sleepy county town. Don't let the location fool you, excellent handling and management of your sale or purchase. Communication, handling, buyers for the sale, progressing, all made the whole process one thing that you didn't need to have a worry about. Can't thank them enough for their outstanding service.

GoogleOur cottage was successfully sold in a short period of time through Chaffers. Kyle advised us to use the Modern Auction route. He managed this process efficiently, providing images of the property, over 10 viewings and feedback to us within one week. We accepted an offer and the sale completed. We would like to thank Kyle and recommend Modern Auction as a method of sale if suited to a Chaffers client.

GoogleWe had a very hard sale, lasting just under a year, 2 pull outs, multiple exchange and completion days and loads of unexpected additional fees etc that these days comes with selling your home however, If it wasn’t for James, Lauren and Jacqui we would have probably pulled out along time ago. The support, knowledge and care we received was not only professional but human in a very stressful and life changing time for us. Chaffers went well above the scope of an estate agent and at times was used for power, reassurance and felt like our solicitors or at least done a better job getting answers to progress the Sale. GoogleAn extremely efficient,professional service from a great team. Despite a couple of setbacks in trying personal times, nothing was too much trouble. I even used the removals company suggested by them, who were equally brilliant. Excellent value for money, and a friendly team. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleIncredibly good Home Buyer Report by JAMES WELDON (assisted by Rachel Revell). James rang us up right after visiting the property, spending a good 50' to take us through all his finding, explaining stuff in plain English. The written report followed quickly, clear and detailed. James spotted very important but non-obvious issues, usefully suggesting how to investigate them further. And he was available even after producing the report, for further follow-up and explanations. Way, way above expectations.

GoogleWe have just had to sale my mother in law's house, to pay her nursing home costs. I contacted a few local estate agents and was very impressed with one in particular. And that was Roy Barrett, or should I say Bev and Brandon. They couldn't have done any more than they did, absolutely brilliant right from the start. We were always kept up to date with every step of the process. It was our first ever experience with selling a property, made so easy and smooth by them. And when we sell our house we will definitely be phoning Bev again. Thank you both for everything .

GoogleI can't praise Joe, at Roy Barrett in Sturminster Newton, highly enough. The purchase of our property has been very complicated and everything possible has gone wrong (solicitors errors and vendor dying day of supposed completion!). During the whole process, Joe has dealt with everything quickly and in good humour. He has done so much chasing of solicitors and updating us frequently. Without him, the process would have been a complete failure. Well done Joe. I wish everyone was as good as you.
