GoogleEmma at Chaffers has been amazing from start to finish. She supported my wife in securing a bungalow for her parents, who needed to relocate urgently to be closer for medical reasons, and she handled the whole process with genuine kindness and empathy. She kept in touch every couple of days with updates, went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track, and was incredibly personable and easy to work with. Emma truly understood our family’s situation and made a stressful time feel so much more manageable. We can’t recommend Emma at Chaffers highly enough. Everything was spot on and in order as we planned, even to the point of she waiting for us to travel from a long distance she did wait for us till we got there and she handed over the keys to us. We dealt with Emma throughout the process and she was an absolute star, going above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible, even when I was on the other side of the world in a different time zone, she still kept me updated at every stage! GoogleEmma helped us find a place to rent while moving to the area from 400 miles away. She was always on the ball, and was quick, friendly and professional whenever we communicated. Really can’t fault Emma for her help finding us a lovely family home and afterwards with any snagging issues. Highly recommend and would be keen to use Emma and her team of colleagues again!

GoogleChaffers Estate Agents breached the contract with us to let our property. They failed to complete a check in inventory that they were contracted to do, when tenants moved in. They have failed to redress our losses and the DPS could not uphold our claim as there was not enough evidence, due to the lack of inventory. They have failed to apologise, and they have gone out of their way to avoid accepting responsibility of their negligence. Very poor communication, emails were frequently not signed from a generic email address.
