GoogleWe bought a house through Roy Barrett. We viewed the house twice initially and both agents who showed us round were fantastic. They answered our questions and gave us plenty of time to look and consider. At no time did we feel hurried or pressured. Throughout the negotiating and sales process Beverley went beyond all expectation with her communication, follow up and help, meaning that we totally trusted her. She kept every promise she made and sorted any difficulties that arose. After we had moved in to the property we were delighted to invite her round for a cup of tea to say thank you! We would thoroughly recommend Roy Barrett and the very personal service they give.

GoogleSuperb service again for a Schedule of Condition on commercial premises. Extremely thorough report and excellent pictures highlighting existing issues. This is the second time I have used this service with Chaffers and the first report saved me thousands with my previous landlord when they tried to blame me for damages that were there when I took the premises. With such a professional report which detailed absolutely everything they stopped trying to argue immediately and returned my deposit. GoogleTerrible estate agents. Bone idle. Had my house from December to April. Only two viewings. The pictures they put online line were dreadful, so bad I had to take my own, however I am no photographer. I wanted to leave before the sixteen weeks were over because they were so disinterested in my property, but they wouldn’t let me. If all that wasn’t BAD enough they are now putting off potential buyers because I have gone to a different agent and they are telling them my house is too expensive, although it’s priced according to their recommendations. I think that is a very underhanded way to behave, totally unprofessional. Whilst I was with them I sent in a friend to enquire about my house, they were too busy eating their sandwiches to take any details. ADVOID like the plague !!! Use another agent that is not only interested in selling your property but can take a half decent photo.
