He did a fantastic job at showing us around and following up on any questions we had, massive thanks to Harry! We also met John who is great! He guided us step-by-step, ensuring we understood every part of the process, which was incredibly reassuring. FacebookChaffers Estate Agents breached the contract with us to let our property. They failed to complete a check in inventory that they were contracted to do, when tenants moved in. The have failed to redress our losses and the DPS could not uphold our claim as there was not enough evidence, due to the lack of inventory. They have failed to apologise, and they have gone out of their way to avoid accepting responsibility of their negligence. Very poor communication, emails were frequently not signed from a generic email address.

GoogleBev and the team at Roy Barrett Sturminster Newton are amazing not only did they sell our house within 5 days for us, we have also arranged a temporary letting through them to. Should be ten stars not five. The communication has been fantastic through out from Bev and her team team. GoogleBev and her team couldn't have been more wonderful. Even though they were acting for the sellers and we were the purchasers they, and in particular Bev, helped us at every stage. We relocated 250miles so it was quite a tricky process but Bev was always available to talk over the phone or via email to check on things or give us an update. I would strongly recommend using Bev and her team in the future.

GoogleChaffers estate agents are by far our favourite estate agents we've delt with. I can't rate them highly enough! When we first veiwed our property with john and Kyle they were exactly what you want, they didn't awkwardly follow you around the place they gave us our space and allowed us time to really get a feel of the property. Following on from that, John, who we dealt with during the process of purchasing the property, made us feel really comfortable and was very knowledgeable about any further questions we had, was always there to pick up the phone and quickly got back to us with any queries we had. They were also all immaculately dressed! and we received a nice little gift upon completion.

GoogleWe bought a house through Roy Barrett. We viewed the house twice initially and both agents who showed us round were fantastic. They answered our questions and gave us plenty of time to look and consider. At no time did we feel hurried or pressured. Throughout the negotiating and sales process Beverley went beyond all expectation with her communication, follow up and help, meaning that we totally trusted her. She kept every promise she made and sorted any difficulties that arose. After we had moved in to the property we were delighted to invite her round for a cup of tea to say thank you! We would thoroughly recommend Roy Barrett and the very personal service they give.

Constant communication and updates throughout the sale. They even went above and beyond their duty sorting out issues with the whole chain where the other selling agents and solicitors had made errors. Jackie, Neil and Tom are fantastic agents and we cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are looking to buy or sell a property, look no further, these are the people to do it. 5 stars do not do them justice, it should be higher.
