GoogleAs a tenant I was present this morning at a routine property inspection from Jessica Davies of Cavendish Rentals in Chester. Jessica was friendly, polite and professional, taking photos of any maintenance issues I advised her of and generally showed great interest in the property and promised to provide a report to my Property Manager after discussing any maintenance issues with the landlord. She was good enough to advise me late this afternoon that she had already sent her report. As a tenant I felt reassured that she took some historic issues seriously which had not been the case with the previous managing agents and that they will hopefully be resolved this time. Jessica, on first impressions, is a credit to Cavendish Rentals. Ian Wyness Tenant

Regular Webinar sessions to keep us updated on all the latest regulatory requirements to keep our tenants safe, are an excellent part of the support for Landlords.

GoogleI’m a landlord and have used Cavendish for several years. Recently had a new tenancy and was impressed with the way Daniel, Nicola and Amy handled the process. I have also spoken to my tenants who were very happy with the rental process and commented on the professionalism of the staff. Karen and the general management team are also great and the quality of inventory and mid term checks is also excellent.

If I have any questions, they are dealt with quickly and thoroughly. GoogleAmy King, she is really friendly and kind. Till my process over she replied my emails as soon as possible. Maybe the only agency who replied my email in an hour. Im so glad with her and the team as well. After i move she checked me also is everything ok. She is the best!

GoogleVery helpful and efficient staff. I had to find a property to let quickly and from the other end of the country. Daniel made it possible, negotiating with the landlord on my behalf, and Amy was really helpful when I had minor problems submitting some necessary documents.

GoogleThere is an evident professionalism that comes across in the website and listings and this was echoed throughout our whole experience. Renting is so competitive currently but to feel included in the whole process, especially before it was confirmed that we got the property was really unique and something we are grateful for.
