GoogleWe cannot recommend Cavendish enough! They helped me and my partner find the perfect rental property as we were moving into North Wales! They were always very easy to get hold of, and kept us regularly updated with different rental properties in the area, and kept us updated on the different stages of the property we chose. We are especially thankful to Annie, who went above and beyond to sort everything out for our rental property! They organised viewings that met all our specifications and did this promptly. Both cavendish and the landlord were very flexible, and enable us to move in with a week of viewing the property which was incredible! Excellent!

GoogleEarlier this month we purchased a property which was on the market through Cavendish. Market fluctuations in 2023 had seen our own property sale fall through twice previously and after a stressful twelve months dealing with multiple vendor agents, working with Lun & Caroline was an absolute breath of fresh air! Communication was seamless and in the eleventh hour when our own purchaser wanted works conpleted prior to move, it was Cavendishwho really went the extra mile to help get the trades in to turn the job round quickly and save the chain. If ever we did move house in the future ('we're never moving again') we'd not hesitate to use Cavendish. Thanks for all your help!

GoogleI cannot recommend Cavendish highly enough. Our house attracted three offers within a week of being put on the market, two of them very near the asking price. We Hugh Evans took some outstanding photos, which clearly made a big difference to people's interest in the property. He knows very well how to present to greatest advantage. And it was a great pleasure to meet him and hear a selection from his "confessions of an estate agent", which were of course entirely innocent! I'm waiting for the book. Caroline Crawley handled everything from that point, so pleasantly and efficiently - and with genuine care and concern for our interests. This was an entirely positive experience, which was enough to restore one's faith that we are not all going to the dogs! Thank you to all at Cavendish and congratulations on an exceptional service.

With video walk throughs of properties and brilliant imagery available you can get a feel for the houses before even seeing them. When you do organise a viewing you are met with such professional courtesy that you feel like a VIP. A huge thanks to Annie in the Mold office for all of your help.
