Cassidy & Tate were excellent throughout the sale of our property and Graham Coton in particular went out of his way to ensure that the transaction went smoothly. He was very professional in the way that he dealt with the sale and I would have no hesitation in recommending him and Cassidy & Tate.

GoogleAfter renting a property for a year and dealing with Cassidy & Tate, I unfortunately didn’t have the best experience. Upon moving into the “professionally cleaned” flat, we found nothing but grime, dirt and faults. When reported to Cassidy & Tate, we were not offered any help or even an apology and instead a year down the line after moving out of the property, which was in pristine condition in comparison to what we moved into, had an email stating £565 of our deposit would be taken - £345 being cleaning. After disputing this, we were offered a discount of £50 on the cleaning bill and had £75 removed for “snapped blind cords” which was in-fact already broken upon our move in - and stated in the original inventory! In addition to this, the figures of our deposit amount in the email were incorrect. I feel it is also appropriate to mention that while asleep in bed, our flat was entered illegally without our prior consent by an agent from Cassidy & Tate. This agent at the time and throughout our dealings with her has been condescending and unprofessional. Out of good will, this wasn’t taken any further but despite this, said agent continued to be unhelpful and caused a lot of distress to both of us during the move-out process. Overall, I would say (and am sorry to say) that there is a lack of compassion, care or professionalism within this estate agent as a whole.

We sold our house and bought our new house through Cassidy & Tate and Kris and Nick made what was a relatively tricky chain a seamless transition. I was originally purchasing another house through another local agent who I shan't name but were absolutely appalling so it was a breath of fresh air to work with Kris, Nick and the Cassidy & Tate team on the new house which they worked tirelessly to get through. They were responsive, even when on holiday, efficient, effective and organised. Not sure I'd go to any other agent going forward.
