Appalling service. This company manages a block of flats on our behalf in Tunbridge Wells. One flat is being sold in the block and they are not able to answer a simple question on the apportionment of the service charge to that flat as the person in charge is away for a week, they do not have their laptop with them and no one else in the office knows anything about this. Result, we are being asked to hold off a near £1 MM pound sale for a week because of how disorganised this company is. Absolute nonsense

Carnabys are excellent - we had rented through them before, so when we realised the property we were interested in was with them, it put our minds at rest knowing we were in good hands. Communication is always excellent, they are very responsive to email and everything is made very clear. All members of the Burgess Hill Team are fantastic. Can honestly say I have not had one single issue. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

The staff at Carnabys were always helpful and knowledgeable. Selling Mum's house proved to be quite challenging at times but I got good advice from Carnabys and always felt supported through the process. I would definitely recommend using them.

Fantastic letting agency! Rented a flat through Carnabys for 2.5 years and has been such a positive experience!
