GoogleBeen renting with Capital coming up to three years, it has been a bit rocky in the past with complications on rental renewals taking over 6 months after contract to resolve but our recent negations with Jenna Spinks was incredibly smooth and efficient, put us at ease and got it completed before the current contract expires. Really happy with new result.

GoogleWe have recently sold our house with Capital Bromley . We had an incredibly tough chain with delay after delay and the Capital team were absolutely brilliant!! Jenna, Lisa, Joe and Derek were absolutely brilliant . Not only acting for our property but they went above and beyond to manage the entire chain for us as we were under strict deadlines with school applications for our new area . GoogleFANTASTIC SERVICE FROM HONEST PEOPLE AT REASONABLE PRICES Back in 2011, my partner and I rented our first studio flat from the Capital Bromley branch and, from the very beginning, we felt that it was a very serious agency. As tenants, we were treated very fairly by Joe, and from that moment we knew that if we ever got on the landlord side of things, we’d definitely keep them in mind. Well, fast forward 12 years, it turns out I had a house to let, so after also contacting other agencies for property management services -and getting the standard aggressive sales pitch approach that didn’t even take into considerations my priorities and what I wanted out of the property management service- I was 100% convinced that Capital Bromley was the right choice. Apart from the fact that their commission rates are very reasonable, my current points of contact, Hannah and Katie, are great to deal with, they are very thorough with their periodic inspections, and the few maintenance issues that have come up have been dealt with promptly. I’m reaching the end of my second year with them now and I can’t see myself going anywhere else. Highly recommended!

GoogleI speak with jenna spinks of the capital estate Agents regarding the update of my flat intercom with my mobile phone. Ever since l moved into this flat ( close to 3 months now) l have to go downstairs all the way from the 4th floor openings doors for my visitor / delivery staff. The quality of the photos taken and the marketing ensured our house was under offer very quickly. They then kept us informed daily to help speed up the chain and ensure a quick sale. GoogleCannot rate this team highly enough. We got a good feeling from our first meeting with them, and are so pleased we swopped from a different agent. Our sale felt fraught at times, because we were moving across the country with significant time pressure, but Lisa and Jenna in particular handled all aspects of our sale with a lot of grace and humour. If only they could have been our purchase agent too. We really appreciated the WhatsApp group as it meant we were kept up to date and could respond to any queries quickly. We’ve already recommended Capital to others and will continue to do so.

GoogleWe would like to commend Jenna at Capital Bromley for being amazing at guiding us through our house purchase - we haven't always had the best experiences with estate/letting agents and Jenna was so refreshingly professional & supportive, responding tirelessly to all our communications and neither being pushy for the sale conclusion or evasive with information etc etc, as can be the case - just always normal and patient and lovely! It was our first time buy and Jenna helped to make an often stressful experience so much more bearable. Compliments also to Joe, & to Lisa at Sidcup who we liaised with a bit less, but Joe was very helpful and informative during some initial viewing and email responses, and Lisa was extremely efficient at communicating with us and other parts of the chain to ensure a successful completion. On collecting our keys we also received Prosecco and a gorgeous gift bag, which was a lovely touch. Thankyou Jenna & colleagues for playing a big part in an unexpectedly pleasant first house buying experience! Would recommend!

GoogleI foolishly locked myself out whilst preparing the rental property for my daughter and her friends. It was 8pm on a Thursday night and the keys were in the house!!! I contacted Liberty @ Capital Estate Agents (Sidcup) who responded straight away and told not to worry she could help me but not for 90mins so she would see if a colleague was available any earlier. Hannah arrived to my rescue within the hour and calmly unlocked the door and let me back in! Both Liberty and Hannah went above and beyond to resolve a very stressful situation for me without any drama. Thank you both for great service :-)
