Cannon Kallar was one of three agents who came to value my flat and there were the clear choice for me to pick to market and sell my property. Claire, who did the initial evaluation, displayed great local knowledge, having already sold a flat in the building. She presented a well thought through strategy towards marketing and pricing the property, which meant several views and multiple offers in only a couple of weeks. Throughout the selling process, Claire was very supportive of making the whole chain work and keeping me updated. If for any reason , she was not available, the rest of the team were able to pick up the case seamlessly. Would definitely recommend to anyone buying or selling locally.

I recently completed the purchase of a flat which was listed with Cannon Kallar and dealt with Lauren Shepherd in this regard. It was a fairly drawn out conveyance process with constant issues and stress. Through all of this, Lauren was excellent in helping move things along by liaising with various parties (one of whom was particularly difficult, to say the lease), assisting with communication with the vendor, promptly responding to my emails etc. I feel like her support in the process helped in getting everyone where they needed to be on multiple occasions.

Lauren was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and went the extra mile to make sure the sale went through. She was very knowledgable about the area and helped guide us through our our first purchase. Acting as a middleman(woman), she was able iron out and push through a number of sticking points when the solicitors were dragging their feet. I would thoroughly recommend using Cannon Kallar. The other staff I met (Nathan and Tom) at various viewings were always helpful and polite.

Cannon Kallar, Deptford has been by far the best agency we have dealt with. We were looking for a two bedroom property to rent in Deptford and Rob and Tom assisted us with finding it. They were both very reliable and approachable answering every query that we had regarding the property. I definitely recommend their services.

From the very beginning we found Tom to be very friendly and accommodating whereby nothing was ever too much trouble. His knowledge of all the properties was outstanding and he always listened to what we were looking for. He maintained communication with us regarding new properties and could not have done more in helping us to find a property. Once again Tom, I would like to thank you for all your help.

Cannon Kallar offers good, friendly and thorough service and are always available to answer any questions you might have. My partner and I were looking for a one bedroom and was able to see the place we were interested in immediately. The agent Rob Langley was helpful, professional and very fair all through the process of arranging to rent our new home. You can tell Rob likes and takes pride in his job and the service he provides; it is not only important for him that the landlord has a good experience, but also the tenant. This made us feel very secure and calm about the process and we are now very happy in our new home. Thank you very much to Rob and the team at Cannon Kallar.

We appointed Cannon Kallar as our letting and management agent for our 1 bed flat in Deptford and have been extremely impressed by the level and quality of service provided. The flat was a part of a new development and Cannon Kallar helped us to resolve a number of issues that arose as part of the snagging process and with the overall set-up. We own a number of investment properties, all managed by different agents, and can honestly say that Cannon Kallar are the best we work with. Lauren is reliable, responsive and has gone above and beyond to help us on a number of occasions. We cannot recommend them, and in particular Lauren, highly enough.

GoogleProblem after problem we are having. They act as if they are listening and then you ask them to ring you back and it takes a week! Staff clearly un trained and all look like they finished school last week. London's worst Estate Agency that's for sure. They love to pass the blame onto tenants but if they were not so lazy maybe things wouldn't get so bad. Avoid at all cost. Our house is not functional and yet we pay all this rent? Crazy...

GoogleVery threatening and aggressive staff, so much so I was scared for my safety. The reason? I was 2 days late with my rent. Will be visiting Citizens Advice for legal assistance.

Landlords cannot afford to pay their mortgages late so rent must be paid on time all tenants are aware of this when they move in to a property.
