I recently completed the purchase of a flat which was listed with Cannon Kallar and dealt with Lauren Shepherd in this regard. It was a fairly drawn out conveyance process with constant issues and stress. Through all of this, Lauren was excellent in helping move things along by liaising with various parties (one of whom was particularly difficult, to say the lease), assisting with communication with the vendor, promptly responding to my emails etc. I feel like her support in the process helped in getting everyone where they needed to be on multiple occasions.

Lauren was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and went the extra mile to make sure the sale went through. She was very knowledgable about the area and helped guide us through our our first purchase. Acting as a middleman(woman), she was able iron out and push through a number of sticking points when the solicitors were dragging their feet. I would thoroughly recommend using Cannon Kallar. The other staff I met (Nathan and Tom) at various viewings were always helpful and polite.

Cannon Kallar are very friendly and were super helpful with everything we needed at every stage of process - particularly Claire, Nathan and Jason. They have loads of knowledge of the area as well, so if you want to live in Deptford I'd definitely recommend using CK!
