Please read before making your decision of letting/renting with CK. Over the course of the past two years I have found CK to be a extremely unresponsive and unreliable letting agency. The staff need to be chased repeatedly over the course of weeks for simple repairs to get done. When repairs have been scheduled, contractors did not show up at the agreed time and/or at all, on multiple occasions. It is clear that CKs priority lies not with keeping the property in good condition and upholding their part of the contract, but with letting out as much property as possible whilst giving the least amount of attention to the tenants living in it. The purchase of our flat was one of the messiest property transactions I've ever heard of - though this was no fault of Cannon Kallar. Nathan assisted admirably as best he could, and was an excellent and crucial middle man between ourselves, the vendor, and both sets of solicitors. It was an ordeal but Nathan made it more bearable. He was professional throughout and didn't mind our daily progress check calls! Thanks Nathan, would definitely use again.

Very happy with CK

My boyfriend and me arranged some viewings with CK. Our agent , Rob, was very friendly and helpful from the begining. He showed us some flats that matched our searching expectations ( which is really important not to waste time while looking for a property - other agencies we visited kept sending us spam emails with properties which didn't match our requirements). After we found the right property for us we started with the paperwork (references, contract, deposit...) and everything went so quick. They even sent us the contract by email which I found very practical since we are very busy. There're agencies with cheaper fees but we didn't mind since we found the perfect place and the customer services was good always. Overall we had a good experience!

I would like to rate Emma who oversaw the process of viewing and renting the property I now occupy in Deptford. I had been looking for 6 months and despite fraught nerves Emma was always calm and friendly. I never felt any pressure from Emma although she kept things moving forward and gently sent me reminders. Emma always remained in contact with me and she made a conscientious effort to accommodate my needs and answer all my queries despite the process not always being entirely straightforward. After I moved into the property Emma continues to liaise with the landlord and responds as promptly as she can regarding any queries or issues I might have . Great local agent

Cannon Kallar was one of three agents who came to value my flat and there were the clear choice for me to pick to market and sell my property. Claire, who did the initial evaluation, displayed great local knowledge, having already sold a flat in the building. She presented a well thought through strategy towards marketing and pricing the property, which meant several views and multiple offers in only a couple of weeks. Throughout the selling process, Claire was very supportive of making the whole chain work and keeping me updated. If for any reason , she was not available, the rest of the team were able to pick up the case seamlessly. Would definitely recommend to anyone buying or selling locally.

Good service through a relatively long transaction

I recently completed the purchase of a flat which was listed with Cannon Kallar and dealt with Lauren Shepherd in this regard. It was a fairly drawn out conveyance process with constant issues and stress. Through all of this, Lauren was excellent in helping move things along by liaising with various parties (one of whom was particularly difficult, to say the lease), assisting with communication with the vendor, promptly responding to my emails etc. I feel like her support in the process helped in getting everyone where they needed to be on multiple occasions.

Excellent!

Lauren was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and went the extra mile to make sure the sale went through. She was very knowledgable about the area and helped guide us through our our first purchase. Acting as a middleman(woman), she was able iron out and push through a number of sticking points when the solicitors were dragging their feet. I would thoroughly recommend using Cannon Kallar. If you use Cannon Kallar you will regret it I have been dealing with them as a tenant and absolutely the worst experience I could have ever imagined. Not only do they overcharge compared to other rental agencies, they will try to con you out of extra money! Don’t be fooled by fancy suits and the free offer of a bottle of Perrier water, this company is only after one thing and once you sign on the dotted line their customer service ends there. Avoid renting with them - Absolutely terrible!

I have used Cannon Kallar on two occasions: once for a sale of a flat and previously as managing agents for a rental property. I have no hesitation in recommending them for both. Sales 2015 CK were highly professional and gave good advice throughout the sales process. They took excellent photographs, marketed the property well and helpfully followed the process through to completion. One of their strengths is their local knowledge. Rental Managing Agents CK managed my property for about five years. They were great: managing the rental process, finding a decent tenant and being on hand for day to day issues. It made it a painless process for me.

Insane, how rude and arguing the staff are. Not helpful at all, just same story everyday. We moved in on 1st of August, before moving in they told my husband they will clean the property. Finally, we moved in, the property was and is, till now, very very dirty. Yesterday after I came from work, I started to clean the fridge, went to the bathroom to rinse the towel, and I step on the big piece of glass and injured my foot. Luckily, stopped the bleeding by keeping my foot under cold water for a while. So, I am pretty sure this place wasn't even hovered before we moved in. Called them many times yesterday, they were keep telling me my agent on call, then on meeting.. Finally, got a call back just before 6pm, explained everything and lady said be patient with us, we try to call the landlord but he did not want to deal with property today. Wow, just amazing, despite all of that, they don't want to listen to us, to tenants, what we are trying to explain. How far this can get we don't know, I only hope I will not catch any deceases after stepping on someones broken piece of glass. Very very horrible experience.

AVOID THESE AGENTS! Nothing but bad experiences, rudeness (swearing on the phone) lies and incompetence from the day we moved in. They have tried to rinse us of money in any way they could and at any opportunity no matter how far reached. The staff are also deeply unpleasant people. This is the first review I've ever written -- after our experience I feel compelled to warn potential tenants. They're essentially crooks masquerading as estate agents. Would give zero star if I could. Steer clear!

Terrible experience with the deptford branch, just bunch of kids posing as estate agents!! Amateur experience overall, very unorganised, disregard tenants, rude! I was a tenant with these guys and from the moment I moved in they were absolutely useless, avoiding phone calls, unanswered emails, rude staff, I guess when you employ a bunch of school drop outs this is what you get! DO NOT go anywhere near this company, I can not say one positive thing about my experience with this company other than the day I handed back my keys and was rid of them!!!
