View AgentsGreat local agent
Cannon Kallar was one of three agents who came to value my flat and there were the clear choice for me to pick to market and sell my property. Claire, who did the initial evaluation, displayed great local knowledge, having already sold a flat in the building. She presented a well thought through strategy towards marketing and pricing the property, which meant several views and multiple offers in only a couple of weeks.
Throughout the selling process, Claire was very supportive of making the whole chain work and keeping me updated. If for any reason , she was not available, the rest of the team were able to pick up the case seamlessly. Would definitely recommend to anyone buying or selling locally.

Nathan and Lauren acted for me when I sold my flat. They were always professional, pleasant and pro-active. They were understanding when things went wrong at my end, and gave good advice. I really felt they were on my side and achieved the best possible outcome for me.. I'm very happy to recommend them.

Claire was absolutely great throughout the sale of my flat. She was always straightforward, clear and direct while always reassuring me that I was getting the best service and advise in a timely and efficient manner. If only other estate agents could follow her example!
