Rob and the team at CK were amazing at finding our dream rental property and helping us with the referencing and move-in process. Rob kept us updated every step of the way, was extremely kind and patient when a answering our numerous enquiries and was always very quick to get back to us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rob if you are looking to rent a property in South-East London!

My boyfriend and me arranged some viewings with CK. Our agent , Rob, was very friendly and helpful from the begining. He showed us some flats that matched our searching expectations ( which is really important not to waste time while looking for a property - other agencies we visited kept sending us spam emails with properties which didn't match our requirements). After we found the right property for us we started with the paperwork (references, contract, deposit...) and everything went so quick. They even sent us the contract by email which I found very practical since we are very busy. There're agencies with cheaper fees but we didn't mind since we found the perfect place and the customer services was good always. Overall we had a good experience!

Even though I wasn't able to go through with renting a property through Cannon Kallar, my experience with Rob was perfect. Unlike many agents I have tried contacting in London, Rob professionally replied to my emails within the hour and called me back when he said he would. Despite getting an offer rejected, he did not hesitate to call me to schedule numerous viewings the next day and I could clearly see that not only was he committed to the job, but also that he genuinely cared. I never felt like I was being tricked or lied to, as I have felt with other agents, and was always treated with kindness and respect. With this positive experience of the first steps of renting through Cannon Kallar with Rob Langley, I am more than certain that a tenancy with this agency is a breeze.

Genuinely the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. I cannot tell if they are incompetent or duplicitous. Probably both. They change rules at the last minute that seem to make no sense. Don't trust them with anything - they lost our inventory, they used to let people into our house when we weren't there without notice. They told us we needed a guarantor (and so took £200 off us), then when it failed, they said we didn't need it as our salaries were high enough. Obviously, this charge was not refundable though. When I left, it took me 2 months to get my £900 deposit back, even though the inventory had been completed. They lied and said they had sent me my cheque twice; I know they lied because when I finally I received the 'new one' they had sent, it was dated weeks before. They will charge you to do pretty much anything. When our contract came to an end, they said that for my flatmate to continue with the property although changing two of the tenants names, there would be an extra cost of £300 per person. This is in addition to the ~£200 reference/guarantor charges, so they wanted to charge them more than they would someone 'off the street', but without actually doing any of the adverting, showing around etc. Avoid Cannon Kallar at all costs, I hated having to deal with them. They are just terrible at their jobs.

After a poor experience with a previous estate agents, Rob was a breath of fresh air. Friendly in approach, though completely professional, Rob went out of his way to make sure our new rental went ahead with minimum hassle and continues to make sure our queries and aftercare are covered too.

I would like to rate Emma who oversaw the process of viewing and renting the property I now occupy in Deptford. I had been looking for 6 months and despite fraught nerves Emma was always calm and friendly. I never felt any pressure from Emma although she kept things moving forward and gently sent me reminders. Emma always remained in contact with me and she made a conscientious effort to accommodate my needs and answer all my queries despite the process not always being entirely straightforward. After I moved into the property Emma continues to liaise with the landlord and responds as promptly as she can regarding any queries or issues I might have . Overall a very pleasant experience to deal with an agent like Emma.

From the very beginning we found Tom to be very friendly and accommodating whereby nothing was ever too much trouble. His knowledge of all the properties was outstanding and he always listened to what we were looking for. Cannon Kallar offers good, friendly and thorough service and are always available to answer any questions you might have. My partner and I were looking for a one bedroom and was able to see the place we were interested in immediately. The agent Rob Langley was helpful, professional and very fair all through the process of arranging to rent our new home. You can tell Rob likes and takes pride in his job and the service he provides; it is not only important for him that the landlord has a good experience, but also the tenant.
