GoogleRecently bought a flat through CK. There were a number of problems throughout, which was no fault of the estate agent, and Nathan was a good middle man between us and the onward solicitors. He was good at explaining things in an accessible way, and dealt with the barage of phone calls from myself professionally.

GoogleIf you use Cannon Kallar you will regret it I have been dealing with them as a tenant and absolutely the worst experience I could have ever imagined. Not only do they overcharge compared to other rental agencies, they will try to con you out of extra money! Don’t be fooled by fancy suits and the free offer of a bottle of Perrier water, this company is only after one thing and once you sign on the dotted line their customer service ends there. Avoid renting with them - Absolutely terrible!
Dear sir/madam, perhaps you could confirm your name or address please. As I don't believe we have ever dealt with you and we most definitely do not have Perrier in our office. GoogleTerrible experience with the deptford branch, just bunch of kids posing as estate agents!! Amateur experience overall, very unorganised, disregard tenants, rude! I was a tenant with these guys and from the moment I moved in they were absolutely useless, avoiding phone calls, unanswered emails, rude staff, I guess when you employ a bunch of school drop outs this is what you get! DO NOT go anywhere near this company, I can not say one positive thing about my experience with this company other than the day I handed back my keys and was rid of them!!!
All cannon Kallar staff are young professionals who are trained by the NAEA and ARLA ,we have given an opportunity to apprentices within the last two years and successfully trained three new members of our team, feedback from our customers has been fantastic and very positive. GoogleI recently moved in to a property with cannon kallar and they were great. I had little time as I was messed about by another company, I viewed a property, offered and it got accepted in the same day! I moved in later on in that week, it was a very easy and fast process. Would high recommend!

GoogleDealt with the Brockley office. Although I didn't end up taking a property with them I was speaking with Ricky and he was professional and helpful from the word go. Constant contact regarding new properties on the market that matched what I was looking for and not just blanket emails. If ever we consider selling or renting the property we purchased from KFH (who were a bit of a nightmare) we will call Cannon Kallar for their help!

GoogleEndless problems. Unprofessional and rude staff. Our private rental is still listed as a commercial property,6 months into our contract which means we are not a registered address. The staff do not reply to emails or keep tenants updated. I have been renting in London for the last 8 years and have never experienced the sort of problems I have with Cannon Kallar. I do not recommend any future tenants to go anyway near this agency.

GoogleVery threatening and aggressive staff, so much so I was scared for my safety. The reason? I was 2 days late with my rent. Will be visiting Citizens Advice for legal assistance.
Landlords cannot afford to pay their mortgages late so rent must be paid on time all tenants are aware of this when they move in to a property.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible. Lying, incompetent and untrustworthy. Stereotypes exist for a reason, and these bunch of suit wearing monkeys are up there with the worst. Please take my advice and don't go near these idiots, Im a current tenant, and from the start they've been just awful. Constant lies, messing us around and wasting our time and money. Honestly, stay clear of these absolute idiots.
