GoogleWe had 5 viewings yesterday that gabe attended and what a lovely gentleman he is! Very welcoming and chatty aswell that puts you at ease of strangers coming into your home. Listening to gabe giving as much information as possible about our home and knowledge of the age of some features without asking us was very refreshing. I am grateful of how well the butters John been team have been in general aswell.

GoogleKatie (Allmark) is a lovely, polite lady with a great sense of humour. Katie is very enthusiastic and professional - the photos she took were thoroughly checked, if she wasn’t completely satisfied, the photo would be taken again! Today I have viewed the photos on the website and they are wonderful. Thank you very much Katie.

GoogleWe recently sold our house with the help of Gary at Butters John Bee (BJB) , and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the very first meeting, Gary was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for us. Communication was excellent throughout the process, we were always kept in the loop and any questions we had were answered promptly and clearly. Gary offered honest advice on pricing which we were happy to take on board. As we are out of the country a lot BJB handled the viewings for us taking away the hassle of arranging ourselves whilst abroad. Thanks to their guidance and negotiation skills, we secured a great offer in a short amount of time. What could have been a stressful experience was made smooth and straightforward because of their dedication and attention to detail. We’re incredibly grateful for their support and would highly recommend Butters John Bee to anyone looking to sell their home.

GoogleI arranged my booking with Gabriel over the phone and received text and email confirmation immediately afterwards. He was at the property when we arrived and greeted my Mum and I in a warm and friendly manner. Gabriel gave good advice and demonstrated understanding around my buying position and what I am looking for in a property. He was transparent in sharing that an offer had already been made and offered guidance around the vendors expectations. Gabriel was also able to discuss the area and local amenities. As a first time buyer, this was really appreciated. It has left me confident that, if my offer is accepted, Butters John Bee would be helpful and supportive through the remainder of the house buying process.
