GoogleBridges did a great job of selling my house. Before signing with Bridges I talked to a couple of high street and online estate agents. Bridges impressed most in terms of their professionalism and enthusiasm to market the property coupled with a realistic valuation. They marketed the house very effectively, organising a large number of views, following up with buyers and generating multiple offers. They then negotiated very effectively with the interested parties to get the best price for the house, in the end achieving 98% of the asking price. The sale subject to contract was concluded within about 2-3 weeks. Their post sale progression was effectively handled and made things easy for me. Overall I always found Bridges friendly, straightforward and easy to deal with. So a well deserved 5 stars

GoogleThank you to Bill at the Fleet office for being so helpful during our search for a property recently. Bill always kept us updated with new properties coming to the market and went out of his way to make appointments work around us. Only reason for 4 stars instead of full 5 is that we found a property with another agent.

Throughout the notoriously stressful process of selling and buying within a house chain, their services to me as the buyer were second to none. They were genuine and honest right from the initial viewing, we communicated regularly, and they were totally on the ball with chasing up across the chain and advising me throughout. My wholehearted thanks to the entire team at Bridges, especially Dale and Bill in the initial stages, and Kevin in progressing the sale - without whom I really don't think we would have got to a successful exchange.

Don't ever doubt the personal touch ! Bridges have been excellent in all areas including customer service , efficiency and an honest approach. Can highly recommend them.

Jayne in particular kept the whole process running smoothly and she kept us informed at every stage, and Dom also went above and beyond to assist us and to answer our questions. Despite this particular house sale being somewhat stressful for us for several reasons, we were also controlling it from many miles away. I can't thank Dominic and his team enough for their efficiency,friendliness and dedication of service. I also want to thank Jayne who brings it altogether in the after sales team. I cannot recommend them enough.

GoogleBuying and selling my propertys with Bridges, has been a great experinece. Stress kept to a minimum, and great insight from David to ensure I was clear what was going to be happening next. The suggested solicitors are also great, once you get through to the solicitor part of the transaction. I used Bridges 17 years ago, and they still give a great service.

Quite simply they are the best, whether it be their marketing, listening, professionalism or communication. Dominic always strives to give a great service and keeps in touch. Jayne does a great job liasing and progress chasing. The other members of staff will always try and help, never pass the buck and will always make sure someone returns your call. GoogleI sold a property with Bridges recently and had fantastic service from everyone involved. The property had many viewings in the first few days of going on the market and offers resulting in a sale for over the asking price. The process was smooth and Aaron kept me informed of progress regularly. If I was to sell again there would be no doubt I would be using Bridges.
