GoogleAfter first meeting Kris to enquire about putting my flat up on the market, it really wasn’t a hard choice as to who I wanted in to help sell the property. From the word go, Kris’s positivity and knowledge really put me at ease. The professionalism to go that extra mile was second to none and Kris was always on the other end of the phone keeping me up to date with what was happening with the property. So much so, the flat was sold within 7 days. Just goes to show how hard Kris works to meet his clients needs! I will highly recommend Kris to family & friends and I will surely be using Kris again in the future.

I would give a zero if it were an option! I phoned today to try and arrange a viewing of a property and after going through the motions of registering, I was then told that I could not proceed until I gave PROOF OF FUNDS! I was flabbergasted, never have I been asked for this having done several viewings this week. Bridges, you have lost yourselves a buyer and if I had a property on with you, I would seriously consider going elsewhere to sell it. You need to change your attitude and be a bit more professional!
Dear Lyn,We are sorry that you feel that you had a less than satisfactory experience with our team. With regards to the proof of funds request, during the pandemic and lockdown all estate agents were given guidance by the government that appointments should only take place if the buyer was in a position to purchase therefore we implemented a proof of funds process prior to any physical viewings of our vendors homes. This was for the safety of our staff and of course our clients. Being known for our great customer service this review came as a surprise and we would like to speak to you regarding your experience. FacebookCouldn’t recommend Kris enough! He really knows his stuff and offered us great advice. He gives a very personal touch to everything he does and really cares about his clients we didn’t get this with some of the bigger companies we spoke with! Kris put in a lot of thought and attention to detail throughout the full process and had our house sold in a week for an amazing price!! He kept us up to date the full time and we were never left waiting for a response he was always really quick! Also whenever he was out at the house he made so much effort with our little girl as well which we loved! Service has been second to none we would recommend Kris to anyone looking to sell!
