GoogleThe ‘John Lewis’ of Estate Agents🍾 5 Star service from start to finish. Not only did Bridges sell my property within 24 hours, they did it twice and during Covid-19! Firstly we sold within 12 hours but after my buyer pulled out, they quickly put my property live again and had viewings lined up within hours, and sold it again by the next day. Their marketing of my property was spot on and their communication is brilliant. I’d like to make a special thank you to Nikki Best, Rob Stocchetti, Ben Granville & Dom Barnes. Nikki valued my property and knew exactly the right price to get the interest but most importantly, the right offers. Rob did the viewings on my place and every viewing he did turned into an offer! Rob called and emailed me so i knew exactly when someone was entering my home. 8 weeks into my sale, Covid-19 hit, just weeks from exchanging, this caused me huge anxiety and left me with loads of questions, This is when Ben stepped in, took responsibility and made things happen! Ben took over just at the point where things were getting tough, no one in the chain was agreeing and it got stressful BUT he was always a phone call or email away and he liaised with all parties and got us to an agreement and that important completion date! 🍾 Although this was a very stressful time for me, it was only because of my own worry, I got through all this because of the guys at Bridges. GoogleWhat can I say about Ben Granville at Bridges other than he was absolutely fantastic. What really stood out about Ben and Kevin at Bridges was that they humanized their service which is true unique and refreshing.
Ben showed us properties on short notice, wasn't pushy and actually listen to my requirement and found me the property of our dreams which we exchanged contracts on today.
The area in which Ben excelled in was the progression of the actually sale, managing our expectations, the sellers expectations, keeping us uptodate with all developments or lack there of. He also managed a highly incompetent solicitor who almost made the whole chain collapse.
It felt like getting us into the property really meant something to Ben and that really gave me confidence in working with him. He road the rollercoaster right next to responding to emails day and night.
