The ‘John Lewis’ of Estate Agents🍾 5 Star service from start to finish. Not only did Bridges sell my property within 24 hours, they did it twice and during Covid-19! Firstly we sold within 12 hours but after my buyer pulled out, they quickly put my property live again and had viewings lined up within hours, and sold it again by the next day. Their marketing of my property was spot on and their communication is brilliant. I’d like to make a special thank you to Nikki Best, Rob Stocchetti, Ben Granville & Dom Barnes. Nikki valued my property and knew exactly the right price to get the interest but most importantly, the right offers. Rob did the viewings on my place and every viewing he did turned into an offer! Rob called and emailed me so i knew exactly when someone was entering my home. 8 weeks into my sale, Covid-19 hit, just weeks from exchanging, this caused me huge anxiety and left me with loads of questions, This is when Ben stepped in, took responsibility and made things happen! Ben took over just at the point where things were getting tough, no one in the chain was agreeing and it got stressful BUT he was always a phone call or email away and he liaised with all parties and got us to an agreement and that important completion date! 🍾 Although this was a very stressful time for me, it was only because of my own worry, I got through all this because of the guys at Bridges. Bridges delivered in every aspect of our house sale. Friendly and approachable sales people, James Macphee and James McKay, did a great job of marketing our property and arranging a series of viewings back to back to minimise the disruption on our daily lives (much appreciated with young children). After accepting an offer Kevin Green, our sales progressor, took over. He did a great job of chasing up and down the chain as well as liaising directly with our solicitor to ensure that we always had the latest information on how the sale was progressing.
