GoogleWhat can we say about Bridges? One of the most stressful experiences of our lives was made so much easier by the help and support from both Kris and Sarah-Jane. From the knowledge and professionalism shown when selling our property, and buying our new property, and the hard work and continuous contact throughout! The rapport built with these guys was just amazing, making them both very approachable. And Sarah-Jane being able to turn what could have been a few tears into laughs along the way! We could not recommend or thank you guys enough! Anybody in West Lothian or beyond should not hesitate to use Bridges!

GoogleFantastic company! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell. Within 7 days of our property being on the market, we had accepted an offer. All of the team were fantastic, from the photographer and home surveyor to Kris and Sarah-Jane. Nothing was ever to much for them. Even when we had issues with our solicitor, Kris and Sarah-Jane would be on hand to help us chase them up and let us know any next steps. Can not recommend these guys enough. We also met Louis to hand over our keys and he too was more than happy to help in any way he could. Really appreciated

TrustpilotAbusive rental experience, no support from Bridges
Any company that continues to do business with abusive landlords is a red flag. We were harassed and bullied, and Bridges did nothing to assist as the middle man. The fact they still do business with this particular landlord is disappointing, and we worry for the new tenants in the house that may experience the same horrible treatment. I hope in future Bridges reconsider who they partner with and how this can impact their reputation.

GoogleWe purchased our property recently through Bridges. Our agent Stephen was great from start to finish. Unfortunately I had covid when my husband went to view the house and he arranged for us to view it again when I was "free". There were a few issues regarding land but Stephen was contactable and liaised between us and the vendor to ensure everything happened as quickly as possible for us. He listened to my worries (almost daily) and genuinely helped move our purchase forward. If you are looking to sell your Home or buy then contact Stephen as he had so much time for us and understood what we wanted.

We thought the quality of their videos, photos, and marketing brochures were of a much greater standard than some alternative Estate Agents, and we also felt their personal & caring approach looked quite reassuring. From the outset , for us the whole process (of selling, then buying ) was extremely professional. Kris and Sarah-Jane are a fantastic team, and with their fresh approach, and enthusiasm for customer satisfaction, they’re building a business which will definitely be a force to be reckoned with going forward. Dear Mr Buyer, Thank you for taking the time to leave your thoughts on your experience with the Bridges team, however we are disappointed to read that you were unhappy with the service you received. We do indeed ask all buyers to be in a position to buy a property before taking a look inside our vendors homes. Which is why we would also offer for you to speak to our recommended financial adviser if you do not have a mortgage in place or have taken the first steps to be in the position to buy. As you can imagine our vendors are keen to only have buyers view their home if that are able to proceed, if this is not the case we would always recommend a virtual viewing until your circumstances are understood by our team, this is a practice most agents have adapted to since the pandemic and with such a buoyant market it is a practice that works for our vendors aswell. After having inspected a property for one of their purchasers I advised the client to revise their offer in light of the surveyors report and my own observations. The agent was insistent that the purchaser was unable to withdraw from the sale at such a late stage. despite not having exchanged contracts. This advice was obviously not correct as I explained to my clients. Honesty in any business is paramount and I Nothing more than a jumped up car sales man.
