GoogleWe acquired a run down property in difficult circumstances and Iain was extremely helpful in the l stages, advising on the potential sales price depending on the level of refurbishment undertaken. When finally ready to sell we initially went with a different agent but came to Bridges following an unsuccessful few months. Very grateful to Iain for sticking with us and for putting his all into continuing to market the property and for getting us over the line with the sale. GoogleIf I am completely honest (which may not be very kind or forgiving, but I’d like to be honest…) I have not had a good experience with estate agents- UNTIL working with Iain. Selling this house has been one of the most emotionally difficult experiences of my life due to an incredibly in-amicable separation, however, from the moment I met Iain to show him around my house, he did everything he could to make the process as easy and as comfortable as possible. He was on the phone updating me constantly. His advice was solid and reliable. He was patient and supportive. When the seller dropped out we had the flat resold within days. GoogleWe approached Bridges estate agents in September 21 to look a property listed on Right Move. We then saw a further 5 properties with Kathy Ellis, she was great. Every time we saw a property we would say what we liked and didn’t like about a property, Kathy would get in touch to show us properties as they came up that had things we had spoken about. We felt Kathy was really listening to us when she showed us round. When we offered on a property and the offer was accepted, Kathy and Alfie Borszcz kept us updated with progress right through to completion. Thank you for all your help 😊

GoogleThe current housing market is not a nice place to be as a buyer. It’s drought with artificially inflated house prices, vendors seeing £ signs a plenty and the majority of estate agents, cashing in with ‘gazumping’ an every day occurrence. Therefore when you bump into an estate agent that bucks the trend, remains focussed on the customer/buyer throughout and delivers genuine, credible and sincere professionalism - they stand out. To that end, Kathy Ellis at Bridges was constantly helpful throughout this journey and genuinely a great ambassador for the company…!!!

GoogleWe recently sold our family home in Badshot Lea. From start to finish and throughout the whole process, Alfie Borszcz was brilliant. We had been searching for a specific type of property in Cornwall which would accommodate four genertions and when we eventually made an offer on our ideal house, Alfie handled the sale of our home with professionalism, care, consideration and we were extremely grateful for the experience and knowledge he brought to our sale. When the original buyer pulled out, Alfie sought and obtained another purchaser with very little delay, so as not to affect the chain. He kept us up to date by phone, texts and email and we cannot speak highly enough of his efforts to ensure the sale proceeded smoothly and within the confines of a very tight time-scale. GoogleWe had quite the journey moving house. Along the way we lost our first buyer and had to remarket. Bridges, particularly Aaron who was our agent was fantastic. He helped us navigate losing a buyer and around stressful moments where the house we were buying wanted to drop out. The marketing of our house we were selling was fantastic, we had a huge amount of interest even over the Christmas period. Communication was just superb, the team were always there to help. We couldn't have been in safer hands for our sale.
