I contacted Bridges Properties to sell my home. It was a difficult decision for me to sell as it was my home for over 30 years and had lost my husband. Kelly Weir was my first contact and from day won I felt comfortable she is very professional but has a personal touch. The whole process was dealt with efficiently from preparing my home for the sale to having the photo and video completed and placed on the market. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Bridges in Farnham. From my first enquiry as a potential buyer, new to the area, Petra was exceptional. She was the only estate agent I have ever known to take the trouble to look at the house I was selling to discuss with me what might suit me, instead of the usual “grapeshot” approach of automatically booking me in for viewings. She was proactive throughout and a great communicator, and went out of her way to help the Sellers find their onward purchase, whether through Bridges or other agents. Alfie was instrumental in negotiating my purchase, and (after a very prolonged and painful process) ensuring that we finally got exchange of contracts over the line. And Hayley, the Progress Chaser, was amazing, tenacious and persistent with incredibly slow solicitors on the other side, keeping me fully informed throughout; she is an absolute star.
