I cannot recommend Bridges, and in particular, Ben Granville, highly enough. After a rough start to our house buying journey, and having built a healthy scepticism for estate agents, Cameron flipped the tables. He was honest, personable and had obviously done his homework on the property he was selling. During the sales process, Bridges didn’t stop impressing. Ben actively project managed everything to get us in to the house in break speed time (just under 7 weeks!). Communication was excellent and he was proactive in chasing all parties to make sure deadlines were met.
