GoogleJames was my agent and he was friendly and was of great assistance in completing the sale despite issues in the chain that were out of his control. He was supported by the team at Lychpit who were also friendly and responsive to any questions I had. I was kept updated throughout the process. I thank them for their good service.

GoogleIf you're considering who to go with to sell your home - go with Bridges! Ged has been fantastic from start to finish. From the initial consultation where he listened to our goals for getting the house sold, provided advice and set up a plan of action for getting our place sold as quickly as possible - we had a concrete offer a week after our house went on the market (which we completed on today!), all the way to exchange and completion where he would check in with updates. His communication and manner has been fantastic and we always felt like we knew what was going on. Also, a special shout out to John as well for photographing the house and running some viewings for us too! I can't recommend the Bridges Basingstoke team enough, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

GoogleI have been very satisfied with my experience with the Bridges renting team. Claire was fantastic in keeping me up to date with relevant information and relaying it in a clear manner. Her positive attitude also made what is typically a very stressful transition, to be calm and controlled. Very good management from Claire. I would fully recommend their agency to anyone looking to rent or buy a new property!

GoogleHad a really good experience selling our home with Bridges. James was very friendly and communicative which is all you can ask for. When we needed support, he always offered to make a couple of phone calls and check ins to keep momentum on our house sale and purchase. Would happily use Bridges again!

GoogleJames from Bridges in Basingstoke came to see me before Xmas and was fully prepared with details of other flats in my block that he had sold and the prices sold for and pointing out the differences and what price I could expect to get. After Xmas I said go ahead and he got several people round to view and he sold the flat within a week. Very helpful, knowledgeable and pragmatic, didn't over promise. Managed to exchange contracts within seven weeks, I was lucky to have a cash buyer. James also recommended Simply Conveyancing solicitors who were very efficient. Brilliant service I thoroughly recommend Bridges!
