GoogleSo the difference between Bridges and other estate agents. Other estate agents put houses up for sale... Bridges sell them!! Professional consistent communication. House sold in 24hrs. Once again many thanks to Ben from Bridges Ash nothing was ever to much trouble.

GoogleWe chose Bridges to act for the sale as they are the big agency in the area with potential buyers on their books and importantly had a track record. Ben led the sale and was excellent - responsive, easy communication, no fluster, knew the market intimately and always knew where we were in the process and what was going on. You find out what a business is like when things go awry, which they did when the first buyer tried to negotiate the price down some weeks into the sales process. Ben was on it straight away and by the following day we had a sale agreed with another buyer. This ran the course to completion. GoogleWalked into Bridges on a sunny Sunday afternoon enquiring about details on selling my property in Ash, Saw Ed who was very very professional and gave us all the information required to make a informed decision, Rob visited us to do the valuation and talk through our options so went ahead, Our property sold within 1 day of going to market with a great buyer. We were advised of a great Conveyancing company along with a removal firm that we booked to use. Both Rob and Ed were brilliant all the way through the sale and kept all parties up to date with progress. We exchanged and completed with the help of the team at Bridges and would have no hesitation to recomend them to any potential cliants. GoogleBen Granville and the team were great. I initially struggled to sell my property during the first lock downs in the pandemic so decided to hold off.
